Arbitration Agreement

For disputes involving amounts over LKR 1,000,000, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act, unless both parties agree to proceed directly to court.

  • • Three-arbitrator panel for larger disputes
  • • Arbitration conducted in English or Sinhala
  • • Venue: Colombo, Sri Lanka
  • • Each party bears own legal costs initially

Terms Modification and Severability
